I seem to have this problem now at the age of 16 and am glad that surgery is not the only option. My thighs are the source of my insecurities and I will never be able to get surgery for them because of the costs and because of my age. I am happy to hear that excercise- however rigorous- can help me get rid of this. I've been on many sites before that claimed liposuction to be the only solution.
